Try talking to her after work with high affection/low anger (not on her cruel path). There's no way to get both her and the company collar currently AFAIK, though it's slated to be added in the next (I think) major content update.
You can cheat out of the collar using the console commands mentioned above, but at risk of breaking story progression. To the best of my knowledge there's no in-game way to get out of being collared.

I keep getting the following text in game, where are they and what day are you meant to talk to them?

Is it just me or is the walkthrough nearly useless. I struggle to recall any walkthrough guide having such generalized information as this one. Normally, in my experience a walkthrough is step by step guide. This just says "choose the best options" or "wear Mrs antlers outfit".
The "walkthrough" is simply to show you what's "correct" if you look in your inventory at the time.
Feel free to deviate from that and see what happens. Sometimes it's fun.

How to unlock Drone Infiltration? i have recused both Aiko and Antlers but i am not seeing any option to start this quest. i tried talking Antlers after the work but no option their as well. I have completed pawn mansion infiltration as well.

Stuck on stage 5 trying to reintroduce AIKO into the computer system at work. I know that I'm supposed to save Serena first but how can I do that?
how do people play "multiple play-throughs", i have been playing this shit for like a month i am in stage 4 just now

You can change the rate at which progression takes place, making advancing thought the game faster. There are also some ways of starting the game with more progress. For example using the warp system instead of a basic new game. Another way is through the "enthusiastic" route which allows you to skip feminisation stages to your liking.
The "voluntary" route can also make things advance quicker as you decide when to make certain changes instead of waiting for the triggers to naturally occur.
