I made a quick checkup with the CGs and included any form of M/M content, "NTR"(Delane and Helayna fucking anyone but Rowan, Jezera or Mary with Alexia) and included some CGs related to these events. I did not include Threesomes but the Cgs from Rowan being in the middle of the X'Zaratl was included. I also didn't include the pegging because I don't see pegging as something "gay".
Yes it has. Rein has written a lot of new events with her and Rowan. If you choose the right choices Rowan can resist her magic and even spark her interest in him as possibly an equal. Or you can be submissive and fall under her sway. I recommend that you do try it out. There's a lot of things that have been added and even more on the way. Just like the writers did with Cliohna, they will be offering different paths with the castle npcs. I'm still rubbing my hands together and waiting for content with X'Zaratl.

I must admit I haven't played recently because I want the team to start working on more of the castle npc arcs before I play again. If you've played recently it may be worth it to look at the changlogs to see if something you like has gotten completed. As for me, I'll wait a few more months and see what they come up with.

When given the oppertunity to do NTR scenes with Jezera, accept. Generally raise her corruption. The Maid job helps. Eventually, you will get the event that starts the NTR path for her.
