Yes, you can. Or, y'know, you can also play as a faithful, loving pair too. ;] But yes, you can turn off NTR and still do those other deplorable things if you really must.
I have a lot of love for this game (in spite of not being an NTR sort of guy, there is so much content even if you turn that off). But I'm a sucker for the 'turn the table on the bad guys' story so I am keeping away from it until - hopefully - there will be some kind of development in that sometime in the future.
But for any newcomers, I do suggest trying out this game, even if NTR is a bit of a red flag. It isn't forced on the player.

NTR isn't really a "No" for me. I don't mind it if it's done in a way that feels more real and less porno. My issue generally is NTR is done in such a way normally that just breaks me out of the Immersion of the story, then I generally quit playing. I walked away from this game a long time ago but it was fairly new back then so I figured I should give the game another try. But being able to shut it off if it just hits me the wrong way would be a great incentive to try again.

Well even with it turned on you can still make choices that avoid most of if not all of it. So you can play with NTR on and still avoid it. I haven't played in a few months so I don't know if anything has changed in that regard.

What the "NTR is off" toggle does, is that it basically has it so the game automatically makes all of the choices that prevent NTR from happening. It does not change the reality of the game. So the story still follows it's normal path, only with certain choices taken out of the player's hands.
For example, you can play with the NTR toggle on and still never get any NTR scenes, just on account of you the player constantly picking story choices that prevent it.
Greater psychological depth is a key element of the writing process of Seeds of Chaos. There's moments we don't always hit that level of mental realism, but our objective is to have a higher grounding in real emotionality and psychology then most of our contemporaries.
Thank you for the answer might i ask what was the idea behind the rewriting of Greyhide treesome? Is this the end of the swinging path whit him or not ? Becouse of now it feels wierd Greyhide told the couple he never wish to speak of this again but Alexia can still seduce him while working in the forge and he dosnt mind ( the old dialoges) and she eveh tell him when they have sex - "Next time i can ask Rowand to come along" .
