There already is Lesbian Alexia content with the maid and Lurial if she had a threesome with Rowan. I haven't been able to replicate it but in one of the earlier versions I even got unique dialogue at several moments like the Tavern job etc where Alexia was more interested in women than cheating with other guys.

You can either turn it off at the beginning, or pick the pretty obvious options that don't lead to it.

I've never turned it off, and never come across any NTR, so it is pretty easy to avoid.

Pretty sure they are still disabled at the moment. You should be able to unlock it in the console, or trigger the scenes in dev mode, but the stories aren't complete so I'm sure it's locked off for a reason.

I can tell I'm in for a time with the vampiric elves, though.

We only have so much art. Sommy barely fucking sleeps as is. I would be pretty surprised if he chose to spend art hours on silly promotion stuff like that at this point. But, then again, I'm not him so take it up with the one who'd have to work to do that.

as funny as that may be, i don't think inserting current trends would be a good idea. i know a game that has characters watch game of thrones as plot device. now GoT is not exactly hated, but nobody wants to talk about it anymore and replaying that part will always make you kind of cringe at it. also in a few years something like this will make the game look dated.

i would advice against putting any current trends in anything immersive for that matter, as if not for being cringey or looking dated, it will definitely take you out of the immersion.
