You can absolutely have Alexia stay completely pure and faithful while Rowan fucks everything that moves. You choose to let her become more corrupt and you choose to let her become less loyal. Heck you can have Alexia become slutty without substantial cheating, having sex only with others when Rowan is around and approves. And then she gets even sluttier in all the sex scenes they have together.

Yeah there is plenty of non Alexia cheating content. The only time content might become disappointingly scarce is if you are doing a everyone is completely loyal playthrough. But honestly, even then there is a modest amount of content it just seems sparse compared to the Alexia the Slut/Rowan the Man-whore runs that most people play.
On my first play through, I had Alexia stay faithful, and only had Rowan sleep around a little bit, and I wasn't disappointed at all. I've certainly played visual novels with a lot less content.
So how do I not have the twins kill Rowan when the Battle of Rastedel comes?

If you go to the throne room you can review you current goals. If you don't complete them by the deadline the twins kill you.
I believe currently you need to successfully recruit the orc tribe to the northwest and visit Rastedel in the north east, before week 60.
Which outcome makes you sabotage the twins the most without getting your head chopped off, i heard you can botch goblins as well by making deal with priestess?

I haven't played it much of it yet, but I don't believe that the goblin recruitment arc is complete so for now it doesn't matter since it doesn't have an effect.
But with the Orc recruitment, helping the captured noble woman escape does the most damage. The twins will be very angry with the results, but they won't kill Rowan over it.

Download the zip file then extract it. Install the apk and then start it. You will have to then go to android-data-soc-files-create a new folder "game". Cut the patch and rpa files into there. Enjoy
How you play on android in ver 0.4.09?? Extract and play? Did that but the game wont launch.. Could someone help?
not sure how the android version works, probably needs to be added by the one that makes the apk beforehand so that it could work but i go on assumptions
