That art is way too bright and wholesome for the game. Can't recall a character in the game making a genuine smile not associated with mania and lust.
There are a few moments of joy and happiness within the story (mostly in the nurture path for Heartsong or when there is a loving marriage within our protagonists plus when X'zaratl gets involved), they have to be sparse or bittersweet because this is still a dark fantasy but without them it would be hard to have Rowan become something that is not an anti hero or a villain protagonist, and let's not forget that he does have the potential to be a paragon hero
True that it sucks but X'zaratl has only fucked Alexia anally and orally thus far, tbh she could really go ballz deep in Alexia using those four arms of hers. Although the makers seem to be missing this very important and obvious matchup so far

And they make a great team, and some may argue (me) that she is even more of a wife of Rowan after first exchanging vows and rings, and later sealed the deal by goblin tradition when they public fucked in the dais the after Tue-Row wedding (those are twice the weddings considering Rowan is only a peasant)

I checked that one out yeah, I just meant later later in the story. Like do Tarish or Delane come back and help you at some point depending on who you benefited.
Tarish returns, since she is now leader of the orcs. Delane isn't in a position to return. Its similar if she becomes Bartris slave. With Ulcros, she accompanies him when visits the twins.
The consequences for the decision with Delane are clear cut, want a strong orc army? give her to the orcs (Ulcro or Baltri to favor Andras, Tarish to favor Jezera). Want a diminished orc army? help her escape
