IIRC, the next version after the current one is supposed to take it from 300 to 400, and eventually it's supposed to reach 500.

i know there's an elf there but it only gives the same interaction without doing anything. the elf book description says someone is looking for it but it doesn't seem like it's her

there is also a bug when talking to certain npcs that blocks the game as it doesn't load some images, like when trying to play in the casino and when talking to the bald guy in the poor part of its city
There are a quite a few bugs likee this, usually caused by a file name having a space character where it shouldn't or vice versa. You can fix them by renaming the files to match what the game is looking for. (Incidentally, if the game says it's looking for a file with "%20" in the middle of its name, that equates to the space character.)

Just took another look at this and for the first time paid some attention to the screen shots provided, and holy hell how does the smith in the first image even move or do anything with a belly that big, with a belly that big she should not even be able to move due to the weight alone, and no magic does not answer the question, the mass alone would make doing anything apart from sitting their pretty much impossible do to the constant changes in her balance.
This isn't exactly a realistic game; it has a strong focus on hyper pregnancy like that, some even bigger (those do immobilize the person generally).
