Identify seeking 2d game sidescroll in a cave

hi guys, i am triying to remember a game, where you control a blond short haired female (dont very beautiful) wearing rags, where you enter in a cave and start to decend to the deep of the cave and can be assaulted and raped by others humans or monsters maybe? this has some stamina system where you need to rest when you walk throug the map.

i am having hard time finding this game
