If you can put aside your distaste for 3d art, Goblin's second recommendation, Cyberslayers, really is magnificent and the perfect game for watching pure heroines go corrupt due to Ugly Bastards.

They already have that bombshell shape from the start. I recommended it because of the focus on ugly bastards and monsters. If you want filth, degradation and body modification, still with ugly bastards, the other one I suggested has those too. I can think of 2DCG games with corruption and some ugly bastard content, but nothing this focused. I guess KP might apply.
