I remember playing this game a few years ago and not finishing it. Basic premise was that the male PC was on a ship that was attacked by monster girls that drain the life of humans via sex and washed up on an island.
The game is strongly survival-based and you permanently lose from your max life total if you lose to the mobs on the island, but could befriend (and fuck them safely) them by defeating them in battle.
I've spent a few hours now looking for it on this site, but came up empty.
Any ideas?
