Yes, it's generally the easiest on PC. You can do the same on any device with a terminal, but it's a hassle on the devices you mentioned. The most straightforward way would be to download from PC and transfer the file to Quest/mobile with USB.

What do you mean? Kemono isn't Patreon, you access the stuff from there for free. Just copy the link from the terminal into your browser and you will access the file, no decryption keys needed.
