I'm seriously considering create a "Haren" Zomboid mod (or maybe a standalone game)
Basically, it is the normal zomboid game (perma death, survive,zombie game, where you scavenge). however, the virus affect only man and you are the last man alive, and you find live non-zombie woman while scavenging, which you can take it back to your base.
To keep them happy and warm, you have to provide supplies. If the npc is happy you can have "woohoo" (similar to WickedWhims for the sims, with animations) with it.
Maybe also have children after a while too and have to provide supplies to them too.
The player can choose to have one (for the romantic roleplayers) or many NPC's they wish (for the wicked).
Of course, the mod could be configurable, you would be able to select the gender from the alive intercoursable npcs. So you could be a woman with a male haren too or even a male with a male haren, or you could have both. it is the end of the world, just have fun.
It would have many animations.
