I like harem games, pregnancy, and monstergirls. None are mandatory. Although, I dislike NTR focused games.
What I'm Looking for is more games with a focous on the main character being mystical, magical or "powered".
Psionics, magical mastery, monstrous mutations, genetic deviance, a "bad work accident", medical manipulation. Whatever.
I especially like ones where mc can become or is overpowered/special.
I Prefer pre-industrial settings or Sci fi, but can play modern ones.
And lastly. I'm usually not a fan of kinetic novel or vns. I like agency and control in games. Helps me route myself better into the experience. Although I've enjoyed exceptions(sorcerer, terminus reach).
