try advanced search on the Latest Updates page, something like this. But the guy above basically linked everything that is worth checking

I personally use the section we are at now (Recommendations & Identification) and use a search function here - you can find titles in replies of posts other people made. In this case, you just search for "live2d" and you should find plenty of threads with recommendations.

Though looking for tags that resemble the genre of game you want is also a really good option, as the person above points out.
