Hello, there are a few games that I enjoy playing, but I have difficulty finding a game in that genre because I don't know what these games have in common. I like simulator games such as Her New Memory, Cat's Kiss, Shinobi, Imouto Fantasy, Imperial Harem, which I not only watch but also feel like playing even a little bit, but when I search for simulators, I don't come across the style I want. Can you help me on what type I should choose? Also, I would appreciate it if you could recommend some games.

There are so many questions involved. Some include:
  1. what do you mean by "style"?
  2. what is it about each of the titles you've mentioned that appeal to you?
    1. Is it the art?
      1. 2d, 3d?
      2. Hand drawn, created, AI?
    2. Is it the story?
    3. Is it the characters?
    4. Is it the setting?
    5. Is it the scenarios?
    6. Is it the amount of sex in them?
    7. Is it the type of sex in them?
Did you look at all the tags of the games that overlap, more than simply "simulator?" I didn't include Shinobi, because there are multiple games with the Shinobi title.

Cat's Kiss isn't listed as simulator, btw.

The top tags between the four I see used are:
  • 2dcg
  • anal sex
  • animated
  • big ass
  • big tits
  • oral sex
  • simulator
  • vaginal sex
Also, each of the four have a very similar art style in the models of the characters. You couldn't specifically use Japanese Game tag, because there are western games which are using that similar archetype for their models. But it could be a start.

You may need to use tags in different combinations using the filters on the Latest Updates page (https://f95zone.to/sam/latest_alpha/) and then look at the art to hone in on your possibilities.

When I say style, what I mean is to search and find if the plays I wrote have a certain style, that is, a genre name, but apparently there are a lot of differences. 2D games that include training, slave, dating sim, sleep genres attract my attention. I know popular games such as teach feeling, maid life, runaway girl, imouto fantasy. What I like is that even though these are not exactly simulators, they give me the opportunity to determine what to do next.
I may not have explained it fully, I hope you understand what I'm looking for :D

I appreciate fyl3toys start for you.

Also, again, each one of those games have a a similar art aesthetic. I now think adding "japanese game" would be beneficial for you as a tag because it is obvious that design style is part of your preference, if not explicitly, then subconsciously. Also when in that art style, developers are likely to use similar tropes, archetypes, scenarios which you may also find of interest.

So, to stand on the shoulder of a giant (fyl3toys):
https://f95zone.to/sam/latest_alpha/#/cat=games/page=1/tags=448,736,1507/noprefixes=7/sort=likes (2dcg, Japanese game, simulator)

https://f95zone.to/sam/latest_alpha/#/cat=games/page=1/tags=199,736,1507/noprefixes=7/sort=likes (2dcg, Japanese game, trainer)

That gives you about 200 games to consider, to begin with (14 games actually have both the simulator and trainer tags)
