we just need to learn proper japanese or even better reincarnate as one,no translation would be needed
checked the games files, there are indeed h-scene in there but it's animated, check the movie folder it should be there, my guesses is that something is missing that disable the scene the proc with the line since the line are actually in place with the dialog box, or perhap i'm just stupid and havent gone that far into the game but an erogame without the actual ero kinda turn me off

I took a quick look at the files and some game instructions were incorrectly translated which could be the cause of videos not playing.
I did a quick-replace but haven't tested, tell me if it works.
