I know this thread is dead, but I want ask to make another types of mods.

Pretty sure you'd have better luck asking loverslab about a particular mod, though personally I'm mostly wondering if this has all the DLCs and updates if anything.
Can somebody upload the game to another place? all links are dead except for mega and i cant download from there.

it looks like from the loverslab thread, you can just use the mod from the peach beach splash game (and even the costumes if you name the file extensions). Apparently it's all the same file types/systems.
took me 3 years to find this comment.
The sexual content caught fire, burned to the ground and died.
The only balls and penile objects here are the steel ball-bearings and the bumpers.
I know the game is old... but does anyone still have a usable nude mod for pc left to download....

I've been looking for the mods for a while. Here are some updates.
1. Collect amazing Costume
Look for a UT'er: Tails' Cash Explosion, search for his video of Peach Ball.
Find the updated download links in the replies of ShadoPup1999.
2. Collect some SKEV N. Skins from a mod database over here.

4K/Hair/protusion compatible/smooth skin(Japanese filename) skins make the game crash. The other skins should work fine with the game.
