It's a kickstarter game that is being sold on steam as well. I think what you see now is what the game will always be.
I was a huge fan of Rise of the Dragon and Snatcher and this looks to be in that same catagory. Even though it's not "pornographic" I'll check this out. Thanks op for posting!

GITS is a movie/series, cyberpunk is a genre and GITS is part of the cyberpunk genre

Game indeed looks so fantastic, the art pace and soundtrack but WHY??? Not put some maturity in it. Sure it has some strip club, sexy big boobies gals in the street.

It's not a porn game and will never be one, it's a Kickstarter game that's been backed, the dev isn't going to twist it and make it into an erotic porn game with nudity and sex to please f95 people

This game looks amazing and that art style...if there was good sexual content and character progression like corruption, etc then this could become one of the best eroges of all time.
