Made a quick-and-dirty translation of the Training section UI. Unpack and copy into the game's root folder, preserving folder structure and replacing existing files.



Also tried to decensor, however animation engine uses additional mosaic filter as well as heavily censored primary assets, so it's not obvious how to circumvent it at the moment.
