on to another topic, I think exhibitionism tag could count into this game? cuz I like the way the protagonist can just go out naked, thou dialog says running around naked isn't normal in earth world and other dialogs isn't influenced on whatever ur wearing or not wearing. I still consider the experience of looking at ur character naked and interacting with npc outside the roofs of ur home as exhibitionism. also exhibtionism is pretty rare in this site, rather I see lots of games not tagged with exhibitionism when clearly you have an option to get naked in public places.

While you do have the option to walk round naked in public no one reacts to it and so it could just be a that the dev hasn't added a blocker yet or not, then again all the "monsters" are naked in public so the fact that the MC can may be newt point there

Mostly, there rework of one of cloy scenes(park), date ending(no sex, well no new one after old scene) and some new dialogues depending on player state(gender/nudity). Everything else bug fixing, graphic changes or some monster changes(exp,names,colors,etc).

Those are optional scenes, you can choose whether you want to see or not.
How do you know, there're people out there that into that sort of stuff.
We are playing video games, which suppose to be you know, fiction, fantasy, we are not looking at real porn from pornhub.
Maybe you can learn to be more open minded, rather than just plainly reject what is not for you?
Or even better, you can just ignore games that's not for you, saving all of us the hassle

You're looking at it from a creative standpoint. Hmmm, it's good to experiment with new fetish ideas, but I'd say this experiment didn't work, and is most likely hurting his subscriber count.
If you can find any porn artists corner on the web (2d/3d) that features bizarre looking human dicks, that look disturbing, yet there's a bunch of people into it, please let me know.

Never heard of "the rules of porn" as different people hv different preference / fetish, and "hideous" is a totally subjective term. Like the example you used about this game for me is totally fine, and the art-style of this game is already non-mainstream.
Even not abundant, there are "Sissification" "Cock Transformation" focused game out there; and even it's rare, there are also Optional "mangling / deforming" scenes in many games. And no I'll not search for the latter as it's not my thing.
Creating "indie porn game", means it's "personal", and that's the appeal about them. Not everyone is just wanting to milk money out of the uninspiring mainstream stuff.
Ofc, I didn't do any marketing research, nor am I a porn game creator, but I'm pretty sure the demand is there, otherwise these games won't be existing, you just searched for wrong stuff on the wrong places.
As a gamer, I appreciate any attempt that's genuinely want to make a good game, instead of just want to make money.
Ultimately, whether the creator want to do a more "industrial business success" approach (like big companies do), or do it their own way, is totally up to themselves.
