Do the women still act like extreme sluts, to the point it's a complete turn off? It's okay for the women to act slutty mid to late game, but right at the start of the game is not good, because there's no tease, no seduction, no build up, nothing.

If you study any successful porn game, you'll notice that the women don't act like extreme hardcore sluts right at the start of the game.

If you're looking for gay content in general, unfortunately you're not going to find much in this game since Sex Gods content are Hetero focused. I believe there's one m/m scene in the entire game so far, and of course futa content as you've mentioned, so the gay tag was most likely a warning for players that might not be into that kind of thing. That aside, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone who's looking for more gay content unless the developer decides to change this which is very unlikely since the dev's paying subscribers consist mostly of straight male audience.
