Ive been Meaning to say this for a while but the problem with most of these Sex fighting games is that Karryn's Prison Exists.
We know what a REALLY Good battle Fuk System is Like so we end up comparing Every one in that Genre to that game.
Corruption Town is an Interesting take on just 1 of the activities you can do in the Game and IMO it is doing it VERY VERY Well.

But pure battle fuck games like Karryn's Prison are very rare and this definitely doesn't look like one of them. This seems like a game focused on collecting events in a town with some generic battles as a side activity. So I am not sure if the comparison even makes sense.

Karryn's Prison is overrated and overhyped.

That's certainly an opinion.

As far as turn based porn games with actual fun gameplay and lots of smut, there are a tiny amount of comparable games and even less with battle fuck mechanics. Lastly, the amount of ways you can play Karryn is unparalleled by any other RPGM porn game from what I've seen. Which for this reason alone makes the game incredibly good and almost limitless replay value. The only other RPGM turn based porn game that I played with somewhat similar gameplay and fun was "Into the Nightmare" but it had much less smut, no battle fucking, almost exclusively lesbian content, and basically no replay value since its pretty linear as I recall...

I'm curious as to what Turn-based with battle fuck games you recommend? and maybe even some good gameplay RPGM turn-based porn games overflowing with quality smut?

ugh, sorry.. this is just one of my biggest of pet peeves. Battlefuck mechanics where its trivial to avoid (or even worse, you have to deliberately handicap yourself to make them happen or stand there and literally do nothing for several turns) just IRRITATE me to no end. It's bad enough its the laziest, most tropey implementation of it.. playing mini Dance Dance Revolution (ok, 2nd laziest.. laziest would be "stop the cursor swinging back and forth"), but if there's no time limit.. again.. -what's the point-?

then what's the point?

My guess would be that you don't get a game over through sexual attacks but if you wish to see the scene/scenes you aren't forced to input immediately so you can "enjoy" the harassment scenes. This is all speculation though based on the wording and screenshots.
