I'd argue you don't really need a translation to play the game, though it does help to know what exactly ou need to do next.

The basic gameplay loop is: Wake up, do something with mom, either greet or any actions you get after. Then go to city and do one of 3 quests. Buy something if you got the cash. Home, and then spend time with mom.

game repeats like that with numerous options along the way. If you want it translated, just use MTool and MTL it.

If you don't want to MTL, and don't want to play the game, just go to the well next to the house, fully unlocked gallery. There's no preview images so either go through the scenes one by one or translate it using your preffered method.
