The "top lists" are all data driven. The individual reviews are usually grouped by flavor with a preference for completed games followed by games that have a decent amount of released content.

Cool! I was thinking about looking for a person who reviews these types of games. You helped me find that person and it is you xD This will help me find some new games. Maybe it will even help me learn about the ones I have skipped on or may have missed. Thank you for doing this!

Not really. I mean I take suggestions from everyone, but I don't accept keys or private builds from developers. I only use public builds or copies of the game that I have paid for when I do a review. Currently I mainly cover games that have been released on Steam or Patreon. I have covered one game that is itch.io exclusive, but there are usually content issues for YouTube in the games that aren't on Steam or Patreon. Heck-- YouTube has content issues with those too, but there are some flavors that I can't cover that would get me immediately banned.
I understand you very well.
That's why I admire people who can do YouTube reviews of adult games without getting banned.

I did get suspended back in April for linking to the Steam pages for the games. I'm basically not allowed to link to anything related to these games, so I made a Patreon and just use that now for all of the links.
I can't understand Steam's logic.
You show and tell about their games, and Steam don't let you on YouTube?
In my opinion you should have been supported!

I don't think this has anything to do with Steam. YouTube notified and suspended me for linking to the Steam Pages of Adult Content games. I am allowed to link to some SFW Patreon Pages and SFW Steam pages. So currently I have all of the links on my Patreon and that seems to work. It is extra steps for viewers, but I'm not sure what else I can do. I've even gotten in trouble for some of the game titles in the video's description.
If I want to continue to make content on YouTube, I have to play by their rules. They seem inconstant in enforcement so I just have to take extra care in how and what I cover. As for Patreon I have gotten content messages about certain "anime style" games, but nothing saying anything was actually not allowed aside from the stated "Age/Relation/Animal/Consent" prohibitions.

, that is not likely to happen. YouTube, Patreon, and Twitter have a habit of suspending and banning based on content that is not on their actual platform. Sorry!
