I'm looking for games where the MC or NTR bastard is so good at sex that it causes mind break. Especially if it involves scenes like cumming to unconsciousness.

i.e. the sex itself, not emotional cheating/blackmail/manipulation, causes corruption. Basically a dynamic similar to Game of Hearts or Chains of pleasure. From the NTR side, Sphilia's Familiar

A game like Hero Party must fall isn't what I'm looking for, as while sex is involved in corruption, it's not the driving factor.

Tried it and it was awful. huge empty maps, grindy combat, and the scenes were very low effort.

I thought the RPG was meh at best, but the mindbreak worked for me despite the scenes being too short. I can't think of much else you could try, but I just remembered in this one MC's cum is corruptive or something. I didn't spend much time on it. There are a lot of games where the LI / MC gets corrupted from being raped, but I won't bother you with such bad writing. This might be another one with mindbreak rape (as MC), not sure.
