And the creator is obviously not a neo-Nazi, or s/he wouldn't have had Hitler wearing a ball gag and a tail butt plug.
I personally think Josef Mengele would have made a better protagonist in a game like this, though.

this one counts as weird (no kink shaming) they are human no scat or gore so just weird nothing disgusting about it. the cockroach example you gave? Afaik you can show Hitler / Swastika in some games in Germany, as long as it is considered for the purpose of art or something like that.
