I used Stable Diffusion on ComfyUI. The checkpoint was Pony Diffusion or some variation like Prefect Pony, and sometimes I used some LoRAs like All Disney Princess XL, Vixon's Gothic Neon, and 90s Anime, and a complicated mix of controlnets and other nodes. I'm not creating AI images anymore, though.
