Well, to be honest, this one is nice. The overall tone and the possibility to influence the routes, looks all very interesting.
Just have to second some of the comments before - a walkthrough for the scenes and pictures would be good. Is there something like that already in the making?

There is a gallery unlock cheat in the game, go to the settings menu in-game and go to the cheats menu, there is a button to unlock all images which will require a code, it should be "TheFullExperience" still, the code should be case sensitive as well

I personally looked at way too many checkpoints and Loras, and couldn't find anything that looks like your specific style

As long as the full story with all the routes have been outlined, then many might not have a problem with reasonable gaps in between updates. Having a completed outline generally helps devs actually write their VNs since there is already a "map" of how everything will go.
