Can anyone share some images that was new in this v.10 prealpha1 update?
I am not seeing anything new what am i missing something..

Was hoping for a yes/no/no shit answer to this question. Elaborate if you're interested.

Are both of these situations properly labeled NTR?

1) LI is coerced/manipulated into a "relationship" with the rival of the MC. LI's participation falls on the spectrum of being forced and the situation (as the story is constructed) is pretty much unavoidable.

2) LI is seduced away from MC by a rival who takes advantage of weaknesses in the relationship between MC and LI. The LI slowly gravitates towards the rival based on her own agency/choices.

Yes both are NTR as long as the MC is unaware ( unaware is the keyword that seem to totally pass the majority of these phone games developers by they just through NTR and NTS together for whatever reason), although i much prefer 2 they would technically both be classified as NTR.

Being aware is not what differentiates NTR and NTS. It's consent. If the LI is cheating on the MC and he finds out it's NTR, even if he ends up liking it. If, on the other hand, they both decided to engage in sharing then it's NTS, regardless of the MC seeing or knowing about the details.

Not a peep on Discord or Patreon. If you're really interested, there's a free option to sign up on Patreon and you could probably go through the posts to see if chapter x+1 is being worked on while chapter x is going through the prealpha, alpha, release process.

I'd strongly recommend getting on at least Discord so you get announcements as soon as they happen.
