It's in the Android version linked in the main post, it was super late/early in the morning for me irl by the time I got to that point, but I think you had to be in the NTS route and sharing pics with Ben already. I believe it was when you got back from the work trip, you and Mel can have that encounter. My overall question is, can the choices made with Ben lead to any MC/Ben only content? I don't think I'm spoiling the game by saying you can factor him into your relationship with Mel, but I'd love to have a true Bi option too.
