I do BBC stuff from time to time, and I did the double lick render for the last scene of SoA :p not to mention I'm the creator of Liam's entire design, I even went to the trouble of making a custom character lora for him. I have my reasons for not posting too much fan art of it, or at least not with Alice or Vi. I have no issue making such art for Lilly/Sophie in particular, but it's not one of my biggest fetishes and I also - as a dev - have to think about how anything I post might effect impact or perceptions of scenes or content.

I enjoy many different types of content though, I'm not against making most things really, barring the REALLY wild shit or a very few specific other things I'm not into.
