The dev is marketing sunscreen while he hasn't released the update, if I was making a game I would pay him to put the image of my game on the sunscreen, genius, it's already 2077
He was implying that the dev intentionally delayed the Release of the Game to make more Money. But He fails to See two importsnt Points Here
1. How is delaying a Game by two days make him more Money If the "fee" is a monthly one? By doing this over and over he would be able to get what one or two additional months of all his members?
2. Making a game costs time and there will always be hiccups, delays and unexpected issues. Not to mention lack of Motivation, especially as solo dev.
So we should all calm ourselves and wait for the release that we get for free anyway

I dont see any delay, He already explained that this update has choices and many people on the scene at the same time, besides being a big update, so far I don't see it as milking money... normally when I see this in a game I immediately accuse it, but so far, everything is on schedule

So brain told me to ask you what if Luke and Sara are forced to do this as a loyalty test sort of thing.
Like maybe bosslady either expected one or two of them to be on the aphrodisiac, willingly or slipping it to them, to ensure their compliance and reducing the risks of them turning against the company. So maybe it was mainly for ooglefans's to increase content when it hasn't become full yet or just as blackmail material or something and it would be suspicious if they said no... and Sara tells the hesitant Luke to commit and do it for the cause or to save their asses and not to take it easy, then we go wild

Also man on the burn-out and that very conciliatory and apologetic note about the delay, I mean, it's a reasonable delay for a reasonable reason with a reasonable offer of a refund...

I think i speak for most people when we say we don't mind long waits between updates if it means massive, well made chapters. Most important thing is to avoid burnout and this great game falling into the abyss of hiatus/cancelled games.
