I've got these Errors in some archives with WinRaR; for most cases it might be interrupted downloads but for a worst case (like I had), it's some broken system files because of constant BSOD errors on my computer. anyways, here are some fixes that could help you:
1. Reinstall the game and see if it works.
2. download 7-Zip> right click on the archive> 7-Zip> open archive then extract it.
3. Right click on the archive> Extract files... (with WinRaR)> and check the "keep broken files" box> then extract.

You should look at the developer notes on the front page some time. You might glean some information that you sorely lack for this baseless viewpoint you hold.
