Disagree a lot. RPGM was stupid bullshit for a game like this. After the change he gained more followers. The size of the game ok, you are right, is very big, but for the rest i strongly disagreeActually pay for it even dollar is joke. The only one good think are some character design which i like, but everythink else is terrible.
He doesn't even bother reduce file size and 8.5gb is massive fail. he compress only images, but totally ignore animations. Why he leave 10-30 sec animation loops in files since most of these loops actually can be mostly 3-5 seconds? 4.6gb take only this section and it can be cut to half size maybe more.
Also his switch from RPGM to Ren'py is stupid. He just do same mistakes and issues for that people criticize him.
About other thinks rather no comment. There is too much problems and i'm dissapointment. I was support him from start and hope he get better, but after few updates there was no improvements so i stop it and wait if someone put here link.
Why i bother? I don't know i just take it as example how not to make game like this. It's perfect example.But i don't think it's purely fault of Shaman. I mean people who support it are on blame too. If they not criticize his mistakes, then there is no improvements or changes. Which is sometimes kinda impossible if your community are full of fanatics. (this can be applied to every fanbase).

agree. Renpy was his best decision so far. There are many aspects that can be improved technically. But overall, I like everything else. Blud goes too far with that take.
I still thank God once every week that there are playthrough videos of the RPGM version online, because I refuse to waste time playing RPGM games.

- That said leaking the game within the first 24 hours is still a bit bad manner EVEN if its a pirate site. Give the developer a chance to make a few new subs, before leaking it. Else shamandev will just vanish if income drops to 0, like we have seen happen to other devs. Which would be sad since he do amazing content!
Speaking of amazing content, great update, love the great NTR scenes, and also the monster volume of content/scenes.

Not really. You play it same as RPGM. Difference is you can faster skip scenes and it's more smoother around, but useless sandbox is still here. It's not even game, but visual novel try be somethink else. In best case scenario it's just waste of player time like it was in RPGM.

yep. Sandbox feels forced and unnecessary. Besides it disrupts the narrative. Dev need to completely get rid of ridiculous tasks like go to point A, get the key, then go to point B and open the chest.
I get you wanna beat your meat faster than you sane bolt can sprint the 50 yard dash line, but some of us like slow burn and exploration. The sandbox is fine as long as it is done right. I prefer the RPGM maker as it required more planning and trying save multiple paths. REN PY is just skipping and reading the horny bits right when the action starts. If that is your power play might as well just open of the photo and video in the file folder and go straight to the action. BEAT DAT MEAT! The scenes are all there. Only thing that sucks with RPGM is the limited system and not enough save files.
The rest is up to the DEV pov and vison of their art.

Its a badge of honor and culture. Anyways ain't nuffin wrong with some substance. Sandbox helps with that. The difference comes down do you wanna play the game, watch read the novel or just straight i want action screw the two latter. I assume you are more on the side of reading and watching rule 34 novel. I am on the side immersing in it and having some interactions. A lot of other just wanna lay around jacking it. but again. I fucking love good slow burn writing. Moment in cheating path when Jason makes Cami wear "blacked" clothes and everything after one of my fav. Sandbox...as long as its well-implemented and not annoying garbage, im all in.
If you like sex scene and teasing it's probably 9/10, but if you want to find some story telling and background consistency, well it's more around 4/10. So overall a solid 6/10 for this game.
If Shaman fix his terrible story writing, and some story pacing, it could be one of the best game out there.
