actually are there EN Dubs for EVERY animation?

Not every animation has an EN dub. You can find all the info on the actual creators pages, Fanbox or Fantia. Making an account is free BTW and following them is also free. Subbing is optional. If you can make an account here, you can make one on Fantia/Fanbox.

I know all of you are capable of doing your own research. Iirc the EN only started like earlier this year or before the end of last year. Also kindly letting some of you guys know that some of you do get hit with the ignore button on your profile when all we see is "need hero" and "any update". Some of us are here to converse and share gooning enjoyment, not get a second copy of a notification. Thanks homies.
