As I understand it, some of them can only be bought from the new shop - it's next to the player's castle on the campaign map. Others can only be bought from the home castle. All can be dropped as loot from enemies/chests/completion rewards.

hasn't been released. It was being worked on by a different team of developers from the same company, but that original company went bankrupt. Leaving just two people to make a new one, and keep working on this game.

Once this game is done (and maybe it's DLC) they said they'd start working on Valkyries, but for now it's on hold.

Most mods would probably have to remade every update, and this game updates a lot. They added the mod menu for their nudity mod though nothing else, like the change log said they're preparing for mod support and the workshop.
