Say, I tried Kalyskah some six or so months ago, combat was fine if a bit simple and janky, any idea how this compares in that department?

Please put crash logs in a spoiler, but there's no developer here to check them. There is one similar old report on Steam, no reply though. Don't know why it's looking for Scream that skill isn't around any more.

As no one else has really reported it maybe it didn't extract right, if the archive is still around try again. Try shortening the files name first, if you dragged the game out extract here instead. Or as it's compressed as a 7z at the moment use 7Zip.

in the steam forum there are hundreds of people who have problems with version 0.82, of course there are no solutions, logical. unfortunately i can't help you what the problem is. i can only say that it works great for me.
so it can't be a general problem.

They keep saying Valkyries is on hold until SWPT is finished, during the break in updates it did keep getting brought up. And on Steam Valkyries is still attached to the old L2 Games Studio not the new (two developer) L2 Games.

My observation is that each newer version coused more and more crashes (some involve old saves) and now even on fresh start.
Maybe install not copied version will do.

I think i have solution for those with these symptoms.
After installing fresh video drivers i see little stability but still not enough

You only have one save and it's saved in your personal "app data" folder.
You can only save from your fortress (Where the Merchants are)
