can't seem to start the game oddly enough

i tried it with Locale emulator so i'll try again on another computer with the system locale changed to JP

finally got some time to check out the eng-patch now and it seems pretty good one problem though is that there's several cut-off lines where only parts of an sentence is displayed even with the backlog, so i've not gone past the meeting with karin so i don't miss too much info. Thank you for the hard work and i look forward to future patches
