Been a while since I played, but it's in one of the houses in the town area, I vaguely remember it being in the left top house but don't quote me on that. Also not sure if it requires a certain amount of story progression.

When you say Hamlet - Farthest Right House*. Which house? I've been trying to open every house on the right side and they are locked except Hatsushiba's House. This is the last cat I need

I am not 100% sure whether this is the case, but it might be that you need to open the Ryokan stage by talking to the woman in Hatsushiba's House. Then, talk to the Old Man in the alley entrance and fall into his trap. You may need to trigger some fights with Kenta for the Old Man to appear?
