That would be great though. Found this game a long time ago and it still interests me even now.

The talk about continuing the game's development reminds me a bit of that weird ass guy role playing about remaking the game into something completely different to cater to his weird ass fetishes like 10 pages ago.

Technically, it's not dead, it's "undefinatly postponned, until the dev health get better".
So, the game coding he make himself (if any), and all the asset he made for it are his (/her) intellectual property.
It's rare to get legal trouble for using other peoples asset in doujin world, but it can still happen, and you have to take into account the values and morals of whoever might try to finish the work.
Some won't care, other will want an official endorsement fromt he dev before doing anything...

I don't know why you left out the rest of that quote, but I already explained why I don't condone it. You, personally, might not mind other people appropriating the sweat and blood of your own work, but plenty of people mind and it's in their right to.

If you truly love your game, then you'd want to see it finished.
All of that sweat and blood of yours going to waste is the biggest waste.

Like I said, you, personally might be fine with it, but not everyone is.
The respectful thing to do would be to ask the dev whether they're cool with it and honor their decision. It doesn't matter whether you think it's a waste or not because that's not your blood and sweat. It's not up to you to decide someone else's work should be handed off to someone else.
Even if they want to see the game finished, they have the right to not want someone else to finish it for them. If you had no involvement in the game and don't intend to consult with the dev, there's no way the product will be the one they envisioned, so you're not actually doing them any favors either.
Like I pointed out in the post you omitted the rest of, you're not entitled to other people's efforts. Just because you're giving away your own shit doesn't mean you can give away other people's shit. That's not how it works.
So i just came at Winston Port and finished drinking tea with the Mother, it told me to sleep but when i approach the bed i cant click it to sleep, any solution?
I guess in the past I've encountered the same bug in the latest version... I didn't find any solution other than opening the game files in RPG Maker official game editor and manually "opening" the path to the port.
The game cannot be played on Android via JoiPlay. You could try your luck with Exagear or related apps, but that hasn't worked for me.

A little hint - before you go on the boat, visit the area with the fairis. Keep fighting and visiting untill a special fairy appears. It's a futa. And yes, she can impregnate the MC.

It's worth playing once, If you've never played it before.
There's also a dungeon at the end that shows off all the potential the game had, combining combat and H-combat.
But once you've played it once, there's little reason to come back.
Oh, man, you don't even understand how much you are wrong
The game is literally a sandbox when it comes to H-battles, especially when you realise how to H-battle NPCs.
You still need to "conjure" infinite healing and lust potions for the main heroine.
