Have you done the most basic troubleshooting yet, those look like basic troubleshooting level issues and there isn't much chatter of others having the same issue although there also isn't a lot of chatter period.

Things to check are:
Avoid system folders, no default downloads folder, no default documents folder and often not 'username'>anything.
If your system is not in english locale make sure the file path is entirely simplified english alphanumberic, Az10 only with no symbols and no brackets. Avoid accented letters, the base game may load but plugins are likely to freak out if this rule is not followed.
Keep the file path short, it is rare but more than once the issue has been someone hiding their porn more than five folders deep in a narrative disguise.
Unlikely but you might need an RPGmaker runtime package, normally if that is an issue a lot of people will report it.

i have the same issue as those people .. no matter where the game folder is located i still getting the error message about graphics and ive installed (i think) all RPGmaker that is needed..
