1.) Did you extract this game using Winter's or 7zip? If it was 7zip, try Winrar. 7zip has a habit of not extracting files with Japanese character filenames correctly.
2.) Do these issues appear when you apply the data patch or in the original as well?

Well, the solution is to use Winrar and make sure the filenames are correct.

Hey guys, it's been a week. Been pretty busy lately so I've only been able to drop onto the site briefly for the past couple of days. Anyway, today's update is what I call, "Absolute Failure". It contains the full translation if, upon gaining your objective, you immediately get caught by Onioni and then immediately go to the castle for a game over. It contains the full intro/prologue and THREE H-scenes, all including the titular shota-loving succubus.
Two things:
1.) I have not translated the onomatopoeia. It is exactly the way it was in MTL. Unfortunately, text is fine for me to do. Sound effects on the other hand... let's just say that nothing I could localize could top the sounds already included. Hope it's not too bad...
2.) I'm gonna go off on a little tangent here, because this is bothering me somewhat. As previously stated, this game knows that Al is young. What is frustrating me is that the game is not very clear on how young he is. See, despite the fact that the game's story revolves around Al being a literal child... he certainly doesn't act like it. Even before the plot happens, Al sees himself as a sexual being. He checks out the women in his village, obtains porn and knowingly jacks off. Furthermore, his language, especially in the H-scenes is too adult, in my opinion. He curses repeatably, clearly understands what succubi are and do and is no strange to the concept of sex. In-text, he speaks more like a naive teenager than an innocent prepubescent. The game would have you believe he's like ten, but he talks like he's at least 14 (and if this really is a DQ3 rip-off, he's literally 16...)
Look. I'm not saying that minors not acting like minors is a big deal in an eroge. I just got done "playing" a kinetic cg collection where that exact thing happens and I thought it was pretty good. What I am saying is that if your narrative depends on the MC's age being low as an excuse for why all the porn is paizuri, it doesn't hold much water when the MC's behavior does not imply that vaginal sex would be too much for him.
Of course, there's also the plot hole of why Lilith didn't just fucking kidnap this man and stop screwing around with the town given that not only did she unavoidably corrupt him in his dream but BROKE INTO HIS FUCKING HOUSE WHILE HE WAS SLEEPING (to place the crystal). Look, game, I like the porn, I do, but the narrative breaks real easy when you think about it for half a second and I'm not the kind of person to let that shit go in my porn games.
Anywho, that's the end of my small rant about the game's plot. Enjoy the new version!

Okay, everything's running smooth as silk. As far as I can tell, with this update, I've officially completed half of the game! Format of the game is interesting, if not kinda BS, but I'll be writing game design thoughts in the translation notes. Additionally, assuming that I'm right about this, this might be the last update in this thread itself before full translation release!
This update translates eight H-scenes, which are the scenes for Carla, Tenka, Noi and Hashe. The first four girls you can meet close to your house at the start. It also cleans up some dialogue to accommodate the changes in game format (specifically that the girl you lose to first and the girl you lose to second do not have to be the same girl).
Recall that in my last post, I said that Al acts more like a teenager than a young kid, despite what the game would have you believe. After translating four day 2 scenes, I've concluded that Al MUST be a short teenager, because his behavior straight up doesn't make any goddamn sense if he's less than 16. And this is a DQ3 parody anyway, so... Speaking of, the game doesn't seem to suggest that Al is charmed. Everyone else is, but Al seems to just be a natural-born pervert with... how we say, problematic views on women. Seriously, even without Lilith, little bastard is a rapist in the making...
If you don't know what I'm talking about with his age being much older than it appears and his behavior being rather odd, even without his charm, don't worry. The day 2 scenes will show you exactly what I mean. There's a reason this game has "Paizuri Sluts" in the title, k?

Hmmm. Well, now we have a problem here. I had the finished version of this game as a game request. Went through the same procedure I always did. When I wake up, I see it was moved! Great! Except it wasn't. The link to that thread doesn't go anywhere. Furthermore, that thread doesn't seem to exist on the site anymore, either. Can't search it up. Only place with the words "Shota-Loving Succubus" is this thread right here.
Best I can reason is that it's been deleted. But that leads me to question why? Is it the content? I doubt it, not with some other games on this forum. In fact, this isn't even the first oneshota game I worked on! Even if it was rejected, I would expect it to be moved to rejected game requests or at least get some sort of explanation, right? Can't be time either; other threads have been up for much longer than two days on Game Requests I've been using this site for years, but I've only been an active participant for the last few months. Is this normal? Am I missing something here?
Game is done, btw. Not putting the link in this comment yet, because I want to see if I can get this resolved. And I especially don't wanna piss off the mods by making a new thread before getting some advice. If push comes to shove, I might have to give you guys the Mega link in this thread and call it a day. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.
