Did someone knows how to unlock the new scenes of praying mother and the cobra, i tried sleeping with the DOD of the parying mother and the other but the new scenes doesn`t happen.

Just because someone says something, doesn't mean it's going to happen. At most it's an ETA (estimated time of arrival), delays happen all the time man.

No, like I mean don't get your hopes up when someone says something, it's never guaranteed. Some people follow through, others don't.
This translation team has been pretty good on getting these translations out real quick though, only thing we're waiting on now is chapter 3, but the creator's got health problems, so hope he gets better soon. I can wait quite awhile, and do other things while I wait for chapter 3 to come out.

The latest version that was linked multiple times should be the correct one from May 15th. We were actually just waiting on the translation to catch up unless I missed something, and it now has.

This one correct? 2.79?, because the translation says:
2.84
Version 2.80 was linked too, but that's still not matching up with the translation patch's game version.

If you look inside the txt files in the game folder, for some reason two versions are listed in two different documents. The dlsite version I linked is the latest one, there hasn't been an update since May 15th and in one of further text files it shows the correct version number. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two files, but still.
I think someone was just confusing the two numbers.
Edit:
The pixeldrain version you linked was someone using an older version for the current update since for like a week there was an update nearly every day (No, I'm not joking).
My versions should be correct, but just for clarity's sake for anyone coming later, I will link a gofile of a prepatched version of the latest in a second.
My mega raw version should already be the correct 2.84 though:
