Spending far too long on this game, figured I'd make a tutorial for those having trouble with the MTL, Put some in spoiler because spoilers:
Difficulty:
Pacifist | Easy, No Combat, Start with 99 food/water, 20k Materials, 100k Cash
Deadly | Normal, Reduced Combat, Start with 60 food/water, 4k Materials, 20k Cash
Apocalypse | Hard, start with 10 food/water, 0 Material/Cash
Basic Statistics:
Combat | Seems to control how much damage you deal in combat
Negotiation/Bargain | Improves how likely your team is to recruit a girl to the shelter
Navigation/Explore | Improves odds of finding tools/girls at a given location, improves drops (Food, Water, Materials, Cash)
Action Points | Number of actions able to take on the procurement map per day
Health (Red Bar) | Each Character has 10, If it runs out you die, Same applies to girls. Can be restored using rest command, and a bandage can remove a wound obtained from low health.
Sanity (Purple Bar) | Each Character has 10, If it runs low, the characters will start becoming sick. When sick they will be inactive for a couple days unless medicine is used.
Safety | Likelihood of being attacked at Shelter, Seems like more girls or higher supplies increase the chances.
Cleanliness | When it gets below 30, characters will start taking sanity damage
Comfort | Affects Sanity Recovery Rate, and Increases Team Size? Also claims it increases Negotiation chances but I've seen no difference.
Supplies:
Food | Needed to Survive, -1 Per Occupant per day
Water | Needed to Survive, -1 Per Occupant per day
Medicine | Used to cure sickness early, uses 1
Bandage | Used to cure wounds early, uses 1
Material | Used to upgrade the Shelter
Cash | Basically worthless outside of events unless your negotiation is bad.
