Tbf I think it's fine if those levels are easier as they are introduction to the game, boss had decent difficulty and I really like the grab mechanic during boss fights. As game goes on it can ramp up in difficulty. In general fights become very easy if you utilize smoke bombs and dashes well even with many enemies, she is super agile and can practically outrun anything. I think maybe he should add enemies later on that cannot simply be assassinated or punish the player for trying so that you actually have to fight (similar to bosses but regular enemies).
