Ok so what I'm understanding from the last few pages of this thread is, there isn't a complete game yet, it's still being worked on, the demo version in the main post is as much gameplay as we can currently play, the "updates" people are talking about are status updates from the dev, and the full game isn't expected till around the end of this year?

Almost correct except for the release of the game.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's been a date set for it, considering the game version is 0.0.7 so far.

So you have to look through this thread to find it.
Just search for 0.0.7 post and you might find it.

Indeed. Animations, be it pixel-art or 2DCG, take a fuck ton of time in order to get 'em as smooth as, say, Castle of Temptation. Now take a look at this game; the animations look down-right immaculate, not only in the NSFW factor but also the general attacks, VFX, and tiny details that make this compelling to play. The game has quite the potential, it's just that you have to be patient in order to get the same quality as previous versions.

You have to respect their dedication and commitment to putting in 110% (except for a lot of bargain bin devs looking to make a quick buck on DLsite)

I'm sure someone's asked this already—but with the fact there's a demo out now, is there any reason this isn't merged into the games forum/category so we can have a proper thread update/download link/etc post right as people click in?

It would stop a ton of these questions, and there's games already in that section less finished than this is.

We have no idea when the game or next playable build is coming out.
You'll sometime see people here say it should "drop by the end of the month" or "by the end of the week" but its an ever moving goalpost. We have exactly 0 information as to when the new update will drop. It will drop when it drops. Until then all we can do is lurk on the guy's ci-en for a sign

The reason: game in japanese, and, as i said before, that's not even a demo, dev said on Ci-En long ago about releasing demo in end/first half of this/next year if everything will be finished in time.

Hi, came back after a long time to this thread. I've downloaded 0.0.7 (last one I played was the first demo) and defeated stage-2 boss (thanks everyone for the tips on this thread!). So, what else is there for this version? I only see 4 levels (0, 1, ex-1 and 2) and nothing much to do in town.
