Вот пример видео с GameHub. Хотя FPS держится на уровне 60, что уже плавно, и приложение автоматически загружает всё необходимое для эмуляции DX на ваше устройство. Это определённо удобнее, чем WinLator.

I assume you already have an account in gamehub. Also don't forget the folder of sekiren exe file. So it depends where you put the extracted file. You can simply follow this. Again finding the folder differs where you extract it.

I didn't finish setting up the controls since its just a basic tutorial and easy to do. Enjoy

You download the game on first page of this thread, then extract it. Install Gamehub and follow the guide I made above your comment.

There are no savefiles directly like in RPGM games, and you need to play it through to watch / see the animations.

Since your phone specs is a bit lower in specs, I suggest to use winlator than gamehub. Since you can tweak a bit more than gamehub
