Suddenly you will see "Save File Pleeeeeeease!" or "Can someone share a 100% save?" everywhere.
Can't wait for that to happen...

I can perfectly understand people asking for save files if the game is long/tortuous like Castle of Temptation. But for this game.. it ain't even hard to 100%. Sure, the boss might be an issue, but you get the hand of it quickly. At the very least it took me 10-12 tries.

H-games are great when they also provide a decent gameplay experience, if you just wanna fap, search for "nukige" instead.

I call that a programming issue. Game's not even well complete. Once it grabs the hay, it reaches you even it shouldn't. The "E" attack doesn't works properly in the boss, and otherwise it's a boss where you need to tap attack once every half an hour until you're done and you're old. Jump attack hits you even in the air. Boss keeps getting into a corner where you can't see him. Dodge doesn't work properly with the haybale. And jump is out of the question. Who are you trying to impress here? Did you even play the game? Dark souls pretend crowd is right over there

It's a bloody nightmare just trying to keep him off the corner. This bloody game tried too hard to make itself hard it just programmed itself bad. Not just a skill issue, in fact I finished the boss. Hard to miss how dumb it's done if you ACTUALLY PLAY IT. The fight can malfunction too often for it to be reasonably completed with 3 lives.

Hard enough to make games fun, without us trying to shame each other for wanting to fap to a H game

Or you are playing that and you need to update to v0.1.0 instead.

Yup, I played it and I'm aware of some of the things that need to be polished in the game.

"Game's not even well complete", you say? No shit sherlock, it's in (arguably) early development, what the hell did you expect?

But unlike you and the other 3 people here that were bitching in these 117 pages about "how unfair, hard, impossible" the game is, being literal drama queens, the rest of us just learned and beat it anyways.

Quick progress update! The main menu has been an absolute headache to work with, but after some tinkering and digging, I found that the font used for the menu apparently doesn't have any Romanized characters in its character set, which is why the main menu was completely blank after I translated the words to their English equivalents. I had been trying to figure out a way to force a font replacement using the

plugin, but it just wasn't working out the way I wanted it to. So after some pondering, I had a stroke of inspiration and decided to take some inspiration from the 乇乂ㄒ尺卂　ㄒ卄丨匚匚 meme and instead try converting the menu's words into their English equivalents using Japanese characters. You can take a peek at the screenshots below and determine for yourself how well the overhaul went! Of course, I'd prefer to directly replace it with English, but this will have to do in the meantime until I can either figure out a workaround or a new build is released that makes it easier to modify.

On another note, the item descriptions and the opening texts still can't be parsed by the plugin, unfortunately, so I've been unable to translate them and put them into the game. I tried decompiling the EXE to search for it manually, but it's been a very difficult and slow journey. I'll let you guys know if I make a breakthrough there.

While the game certainly has a lot of rooms to improve, the reason you can't beat this boss sure doesn't have anything to do with how it was badly programmed. As others have said, it's mainly skill issue on your part. You say the game tried too hard to be hard when literally every ennemy in the game, except for the boss, can easily be 1-shoted. Your character is slow, but so are the ennemies, it's fairly easy to telegraph incoming moves. From the picture, you're currently playing the latest v0.1. The boss in this version is a nerfed version of v0.0.7. I made a video demonstration on how to deal with each one:

Unless one's brain is fully powered by porn, I don't see how people are finding this boss impossible. Sure, it's a hard boss, but not to the point of requiring legendary gaming skill to beat. I've seen some wild takes saying that this boss is harder than most Elden Ring's bosses and... I honestly cannot fathom the reasoning behind this. Compared to all of Fromsoft's games, this boss is like baby difficulty. The reality is, most people who come to these porn games are there for the porn and not to play a game, hence the complaints when faced with a certain degree of difficulty. To these people I say, find another game. Not all hentai games are mainly porn, some focuses on gameplay, some other on story. Nothing wrong with any of this.

As someone who nearly 100%ed Hollow Knight (gonna play again soon, just didn't wanna continue on switch), 100%ed Nine Sols, and beat the latter's final boss damn-near damageless after hours of suffering, I would be INSULTED for someone to say this game is on the same level. This game is not bad, mind you, but that would be an insult to the finely crafted difficulty of those two games.

True! I also played Hollow Knight (though I didn't have the courage nor patience to go through the pantheons) and I can say 100% this game does feel like a walk in the park in comparison to the sheer "easy-to-understand hard-to-master" game mechanics both Silksong and Hollow Knight have.

Fact is, I think there's people that are just genuinely bad at videogames. Game journalists kind of bad. But what separates someone who enjoys difficulty than someone who cries about it, is the resolve. I have a severe skill issue on most games, yet I somehow managed to get through Hollow Knight and most of its challenges; the game is just beatiful, the OST is incredible, the world feels so lived in, and every detail feels like it's actively telling you a story, about the lingering echoes of a now dead civilization.
