That's not likely to happen until the game is far more completed, which is easily going to be in a few years (unless things change)

It can be both. Monetizing your hobby is very common. (The entirety of Twitch can tell you that.) At the end of the day, it comes down to personal enjoyment whether it can be named a hobby or not.

didn't have time to play the new version until yesterday. The game is so different now, the long wait before the update truly shines huh.
I love the old intro, but new intro feels even better. The stages are much bigger, introducing the hole trap, and then the ninjutsu art (now with healing) makes the player have more reason to spend the bar and drain the cum from mobs to regain it.
The last boss seems to be nerfed now that I can easily air dash when he's swinging the barrel. Before sometimes you're unlucky and he changed direction halfway and hit you instead.
30 mins to clear everything again, but I'm seriously impressed by how much it has changed while still keeping the core essences. Definitely need polishing here and there, but I would recommend it to anyone with how soulful I get from the cool ass japanese font and drawing.

I can read Japanese and this game is SOUL as hell so yeah.
Also people complaining about the boss is fun. I died twice because I forgot about his moveset, but once it's 2-hit-and-run and I could abuse the air dash when I failed the grab then it's easy to finish as I grabbed eventually.

Honestly, that's entirely fair- also, the discourse about the boss is funny sometimes, but when you hear it a lot, it does get a little bit annoying.
