. I am looking for a sidescroller where the reward for combat is sex, rather than most Kooonsoft games where taking damage will result in sex instead.

is an old classic I recommend (probably there's others that is older than that), but in order to get the rewards yourself, you have to follow a guideline on how to. Or if you don't want to do such, I uploaded a current 100% save file.
